Participating in skateboarding instruction, events, and snow boarding carries inherent risks. Boardgarden Napa provides program safety guidelines and coaching assistance, but participants act at their own risk.

Mandatory Protective Gear

Helmets are strictly required for all students and participants under the age of 18 during Boardgarden workshops, camps, and ride night sessions. Elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards are strongly recommended.

Limitation of Liability

By booking lessons, signing up for camp weeks, or visiting our shop services, you agree that Boardgarden, its owner Kevin O'Brien, coaches, and staff are not liable for any personal injury, equipment failure, or physical accidents resulting from participation in boarding activities.
