Refund & Purchase Policy

Thank you for supporting Boardgarden Napa. We outline our guidelines for refunds, program cancellations, and merchandise exchanges below.

Camp & Lesson Cancellations

Because of our strict 5:1 student-to-coach ratio, slots in Foundations Weeks and Street/Tech camps are highly limited:

• Cancellations requested 14 days or more prior to the camp start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations requested 7 to 13 days prior are eligible for shop credit.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.

Merchandise & Gear Exchanges

Unused merchandise (apparel, shoes, accessories) in original packaging with tags attached may be returned or exchanged in-store at 2740 Jefferson St within 30 days of purchase. Custom-assembled skateboard decks, mounted trucks, and used gear are final sale.
