Rental Agreement Terms

Effective Date: July 9, 2026

This rental agreement governs all ski, snowboard, and protective gear rentals provided by Boardgarden Napa. By renting equipment, you accept responsibility for returning all components in good working order.

Equipment Return & Condition

Equipment must be returned by the date specified in your rental contract. The renter agrees to pay repair or replacement costs for gear returned with significant damage, bent edges, cracked cores, or missing elements (excluding normal base wear and tear).

Late Returns

Late returns will be charged the standard daily rental rate for each additional day the gear is kept past the agreed return date.

Assumption of Risk

The renter understands that winter sports carry inherent safety risks. Boardgarden is not responsible for any personal injuries sustained while using rented equipment.
